I went in to see the disposable selection and from the start it was not pleasant. Kaylee the staff asked me what flavor I like and when I told her she proceeded to tell me “ that is disgusting why would you like that?” When asked if they had elf or Orion bars she then laughed at me and said no those explode, have fun when one of them explodes In your pocket. Anything that wasn’t about a Hyve was meet with a large amount of of hate and argumentative comments. I enjoy the manager Kassi I have known her for awhile. But I don’t not think I will be coming back due to this not being the only time she(kaylee) has done this.

Not very impressed with the customer service. Your website bosts about knowledgeable staff but I went in there to buy a first vape for my girlfriend for Christmas and the guy was acting annoyed when asking him about different products and how they work. I spent $100 in your store but still left confused and with no new knowledge on how to use or maintain what I bought! Hopefully theres a YouTube video to help me with what I bought! Definitely will not be back, will just order online from now on even though I wanted to support a local business

Never been to a vape shop for myself before and I didn’t know what I wanted or what I needed for my specific needs and vape itself. The man who helped me was very nice and friendly, knew what he was talking about and answered all my questions. If you never been to a vape shop and you’re looking for a vape or anything vape related, this is a great store to stop to.

6/3/22 @ 2:30pm - I just wanted to give a shout out to the two gentlemen working today in Grimes!! They are both always a huge help when I go in there. I never know what flavors to get and I am very picky. In my opinion, I think the employees should be allowed to accept tips; for the simple fact that they are a huge help when it comes down to picking a new one - I almost always stick to the same flavor. But more importantly for their customer service in general! They are always very patient with me as I am very indecisive and picky, like I said. So, thank you guys for helping me out with the flavors I picked out today (or I should say, the flavors YOU picked out for me), both being new flavors and taste amazing!! I would have totally tipped you both $$ - that you both very much deserved. See you soon!
